You may request the closure of your pd999 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. pd999 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire at the time stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Where no expiry is stated, Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from an Account Balance and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Cricket Bets are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or decided by means other than normal play (such as the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method), settlement will follow pd999's published cricket betting rules applicable at the time the Bet was placed.
In-play (live) Bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data and at pd999's discretion. pd999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after an event's conclusion — whether due to data latency, technical error, or any other cause — will be voided and stakes returned to the relevant Account Balance.
In the event of a palpable error in odds, lines, or market descriptions, pd999 reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes. A palpable error is defined as an odds or line that is objectively and substantially incorrect relative to the fair market price at the time the Bet was accepted, such that a reasonable person would have recognised the error. pd999 will not be liable for consequential losses arising from such errors.
Each casino game and slot title available on pd999 is governed by its own in-game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are encouraged to read individual game rules before placing real-money wagers. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to a game-specific mechanical rule, in which case the in-game documentation governs.
